This green smoothie is the perfect natural remedy for fighting a cold.  It boosts your immune system and clears your sinuses.  Plus it involves cucumber and mango which we love love love!

“Enjoy this immune boosting green smoothie chock full of green vegetables and low in sugar. Did you know that ginger clears sinuses, which flare up from time to time and also soothes a sensitive stomach.”

MANGO GINGER IMMUNE SUPPORT

2 cups celery

2 cups parsley, loosely packed

1 1/2 cups water

1 cucumber, about 2 cups (peeled)

2 cups frozen mango

1-inch chunk ginger (about size of thumb/tip to knuckle)

1 lemon whole peeled

1 tbsp agave (or sweetener of choice).

Makes about 48 oz, serves 2
