Super High Protein Breakfast

One of our followers shared his super high protein breakfast with us. Thanks Mike! Sounds delicious!

“Organic spinach, kale, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Stir fry in a tiny bit of grass fed butter; add 3 organic free range eggs, 1/4 cup of organic egg whites. Top with organic avocado, and serve with organic sausage or turkey bacon. 44 grams of protein, 500 calories, very little fat, and a little bit of slow carbs. You won’t be craving anything until way after lunch! I have this EVERY morning.”
